Rare Hare Spirits is a partnership of blenders, sommeliers, chefs, and anthropologists that was launched in 2021 with a tequila. In 2022, the brand’s inaugural whiskey was released. Rare Hare 17 Year Old 1953 Straight Bourbon pays tribute to the year when Playboy was founded. The wonderfully mature 7-year-old straight bourbon was finished in XXO Cognac casks from the Champagne region of France before being bottled at 111 proof. Only 1,953 bottles of this rare, limited-edition whiskey were produced.
